This new feature inside the Task Management feature provides intelligent suggestions that help move work forward with a single click.
AI Task Assistant is currently in beta, and we encourage users to share feedback as we continue refining and improving the experience.
What’s New
The AI Task Assistant is available inside all tasks through the “Help me complete” button.
When activated, the assistant analyzes the task and generates an Action Plan with suggested next steps.
Action Plan Suggestions
The assistant recommends actions such as follow ups, subtasks, communications, and task assignments that help move the work forward.
One Click Execution
Users can select or deselect the suggested actions and ask the AI Task Assistant to complete them all at once.
Smart Subtasks and Next Steps
The assistant can automatically create subtasks, assign responsibilities, and organize the next actions required to complete the work.
Email Drafting
Suggested email messages can be generated to communicate with customers or team members. Users can review and edit the content before sending.
Meeting Coordination
The assistant can help organize meetings, outline talking points, and prepare next steps so conversations lead to action.
