Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ContractorHUB ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
Description of Service
ContractorHUB is a software-as-a-service platform designed for home services contractors. The Platform aggregates data from various external services, provides business management tools, and offers analytics and reporting features.
Account Registration
To use our Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Subscription and Payment
Fees
Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Billing
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
- Use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
- Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access the Platform without permission
Your Data
Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform ("Your Data"). By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve our services.
Data Protection
We implement reasonable security measures to protect Your Data. However, you are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data and for any data you share through third-party integrations.
Data Export
You may export Your Data at any time during your active subscription. Upon account termination, we will provide a thirty (30) day period to export Your Data before it is securely deleted in accordance with our data disposal procedures.
Data Disposal
When Your Data is no longer required — whether due to account termination, deletion request, or expiration of retention periods — we securely dispose of it using industry-standard methods including cryptographic erasure and secure overwriting. Backup copies are purged in accordance with our data lifecycle schedule.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including all software, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by ContractorHUB. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Platform.
Third-Party Integrations
The Platform may integrate with third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or content of third-party services.
Google Workspace and Google API Integrations
Services and Authorization
The Platform integrates with Google Workspace services including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Ads. When you connect your Google account, you authorize ContractorHUB to access specific data from these services via their APIs. You control which services you connect, and you can revoke access at any time through your account settings or your Google Account permissions.
How We Use Google Data
Data from Google services is used exclusively to provide the features you authorize, including:
- Unified email management and inbox features (Gmail)
- Calendar synchronization and scheduling (Google Calendar)
- File access, upload, and document management (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Advertising performance reporting and campaign management (Google Ads)
Google API Services Compliance
ContractorHUB's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will not sell, use for advertising, or transfer your Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Platform features you have authorized.
Google Ads Data Handling
Google Ads data is reported separately from data originating from non-Google advertising platforms. If performance data is delayed to you by more than 24 hours, we will prominently disclose this delay within the Platform. Where Google Ads data is available at a more granular level than other platforms, we will report it at the more granular level. We will not sell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise disclose or transfer your Google Ads data to any third party without your prior written consent.
Data Security
All Google API data is transmitted over HTTPS using TLS 1.2 or higher. OAuth tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest. Google Ads data transmissions use at least 128-bit SSL encryption as required by Google Ads API policy.
Revoking Access and Data Deletion
You may disconnect any Google service at any time through Settings > Integrations in the Platform or by visiting your Google Account permissions. Upon disconnection, we will stop accessing your Google data and delete cached Google data within thirty (30) days. You may also request immediate deletion by contacting privacy@contractorhub.app.
SMS/Text Message Communications
Consent to Receive Messages
By opting in to the ContractorHUB Alerts SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include appointment reminders, job status updates, scheduling notifications, payment confirmations, account alerts, and other service-related communications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of our Platform.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your usage of the Platform.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. ContractorHUB is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to receiving text messages. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to use the Platform or receive communications through other channels (email, in-app notifications).

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Data Sharing for Marketing
We will not share your opt-in information or mobile phone number with any third parties for their marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
Service Availability
We use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Platform available 99.9% of the time, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, force majeure events, or denial-of-service attacks.
Security and Incident Response
Security Measures
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Your Data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and continuous monitoring. We conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
Breach Notification
In the event of a confirmed security breach that compromises Your Data, we will notify you without unreasonable delay, and no later than seventy-two (72) hours after becoming aware of the breach where feasible. Notification will include the nature of the incident, the types of data affected, remediation steps taken, and recommended actions you can take. We will cooperate with you and applicable regulatory authorities as required.
Subprocessors
We use third-party service providers (subprocessors) to help operate the Platform. Our current list is published at contractorhub.app/subprocessors. All subprocessors are bound by contractual obligations to protect Your Data and process it only as necessary to perform their services. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before engaging a new subprocessor that processes Your Data.
Artificial Intelligence Features
AI Services and Providers
The Platform includes AI-powered features such as a conversational assistant, automated business insights, and image-based analysis (including roof measurement analysis). These features are powered by OpenAI's API services. When you use AI features, your inputs and relevant business data are transmitted to OpenAI for processing. All AI-generated content within the Platform is clearly labeled as such.
Anthropic (Claude) is used only for internal platform diagnostics and engineering support tooling. Anthropic is not used to process customer business data or power any user-facing feature.
Data Handling
Data sent to OpenAI through the API is not used to train or improve OpenAI's models. OpenAI may temporarily retain API data for up to 30 days for safety and abuse monitoring purposes only. For full details, refer to OpenAI's Enterprise Privacy and our Privacy Policy.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you submit to AI features (inputs). To the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the AI-generated responses (outputs). You may use outputs for any lawful purpose consistent with these Terms.
Limitations and Your Responsibilities
AI-generated content is provided as an informational aid only and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before relying on them for business decisions. You agree not to represent AI-generated content as human-authored. ContractorHUB does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
Data Processing Agreement
If you require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for compliance with applicable data protection regulations, we offer a standard DPA that addresses data processing scope, subprocessor commitments, security obligations, breach notification procedures, and data subject rights. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTRACTORHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContractorHUB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Platform or via email at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect where feasible. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Acceptable Use
Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which describes prohibited activities and may be updated from time to time.
Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any rights or obligations under them, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.
ContractorHUB may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and any rights and obligations under them, in whole or in part, without your consent and without prior notice, to any affiliate or in connection with any merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, equity, or business. Upon such assignment, the successor entity will assume all of our rights and obligations under these Terms, and your continued use of the Platform will constitute acceptance of the assignment. These Terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A LAWSUIT OR CLASS ACTION.
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@contractorhub.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days of receiving your written notice describing the claim and requested relief.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform (a "Dispute") will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that (a) you or we may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify and (b) you or we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Delaware or, at your election, by videoconference or telephone. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AND CONTRACTORHUB AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION. You and ContractorHUB waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or other representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Opt-Out Right
You may opt out of this arbitration and class action waiver provision by sending written notice to legal@contractorhub.app within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, account email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
30-Day Limitation
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration section above, any legal action not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Export Compliance
The Platform and any technology transferred under these Terms are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in, and will not use or export the Platform to, any country subject to U.S. embargo or any person on U.S. restricted-party lists.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance (except payment obligations) caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, government action, labor disputes, utility or telecommunications failures, or third-party service outages.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ContractorHUB regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
