Delete Your Google Data
You're in control. Revoke ContractorHUB's access to your Google account and erase every Google-sourced record we hold for you — in under a minute, without contacting support.
What this deletes
ContractorHUB integrates with several Google services on your behalf — Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs. When you connect one of these, we store an OAuth token issued by Google and may cache derived data (for example, headers of recently-synced emails, calendar events, or campaign metrics).
When you request deletion, ContractorHUB will:
- Revoke our access at Google. We call Google's revocation endpoint so our tokens are invalidated on Google's side, not just locally.
- Delete every stored Google OAuth credential we hold for your user inside the ContractorHUB workspace you ran the deletion from, plus any admin-panel Google integrations on your account (Google Calendar / Gmail for booking). If you belong to more than one ContractorHUB workspace, repeat the deletion in each workspace to remove the credentials we hold there.
- Stop any push-notification subscriptions (Gmail watch state) we set up on your behalf.
- Erase locally-cached Google data — Gmail metadata, Calendar events synced from Google, Google Ads / Analytics dimensions we pulled, and interview meeting events created from Google Calendar.
- Write an audit log entry proving the deletion ran, in case you or a regulator asks for proof.
Records you created in ContractorHUB by hand — customers, jobs, notes, proposals, etc. — are not touched. This action removes only data sourced from Google.
How to delete your Google data
- Sign in to your ContractorHUB workspace.
- Open Settings → My Google Data (in the left navigation).
- Review the list of Google accounts currently connected.
- Type
DELETEin the confirmation field and click Delete all my Google data. - You'll see an on-screen confirmation summarizing what was revoked and deleted. An audit-log row is written at the same time.
The deletion runs synchronously — by the time you see the confirmation, your tokens have been revoked at Google and your Google-derived records have been removed.
Timing
Token revocation and database deletion happen immediately. A small handful of in-memory token caches (used to avoid re-fetching Google tokens on every request) expire automatically within 50 minutes, but these caches contain no user data — only access tokens that have already been revoked at Google and can no longer be used.
If your organization uses domain-wide delegation
Some organizations administer their own Google Workspace and authorize ContractorHUB at the domain level through domain-wide delegation, rather than each user connecting their own Google account. If that's how your organization is set up, the access wasn't granted by an individual user, so it can't be revoked from one user's Google Account.
In that case:
- The self-serve flow above still deletes the Google-derived records ContractorHUB has cached for your user (synced email metadata, calendar events, and similar).
- To stop ContractorHUB from accessing your organization's Google data going forward, your Google Workspace administrator removes ContractorHUB's authorization in the Google Admin console under Security > Access and data control > API controls > Domain-wide delegation.
- To request deletion of cached Google data across all users in your organization, an administrator can email privacy@contractorhub.app and we will complete it within 30 days.
If you've lost access to your ContractorHUB account
If you can't sign in to perform the self-serve deletion yourself, email us at privacy@contractorhub.app from the email address associated with your account. Our privacy team will verify your identity and complete the deletion on your behalf within 7 business days.
Google API Services User Data Policy

We use Google user data only to provide the user-facing features you authorized, do not transfer it to third parties except where necessary to provide and improve those features (and only with your consent), do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except as needed for security, abuse, or legal compliance, or with your explicit consent.
