Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content on the ContractorHUB Platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent (identified below) that includes all of the following (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material of the removal.
- Take reasonable steps to identify and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. A valid counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which ContractorHUB may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original takedown notice. If that party does not notify us within ten (10) business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringers
ContractorHUB has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion whether a user is a repeat infringer.
Misrepresentations
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please do not make false claims.
