Stripe-Powered Payments — built right into the invoice
ContractorHUB’s integration with Stripe is now in beta. It gives your customers a simple way to pay. When you send an invoice, a payment button is included at the bottom. Your customer clicks it, enters their payment details, and the funds are on their way — no phone calls, no checks, no manual entry on your end.
Once a payment is processed, ContractorHUB automatically updates the payment totals within the job record, so your books stay current without any extra steps.
Why it Matters
For contractors collecting payments on large jobs — roofing, paving, commercial work — the time spent chasing checks adds up fast. Getting paid used to mean sending a sales rep to pick up a check or waiting days for one to arrive. This removes that entirely. Send the invoice, get paid, close the job.
Your Stripe account, your money
When you enable customer payments in your company settings, you'll connect your own Stripe account through a guided onboarding flow. You set up how you want to accept payments, what card types to accept, and review your processing fees — all directly with Stripe.
All funds go straight from your customer to your Stripe account. ContractorHUB never touches the money. There's a standard 3-day hold for fraud protection, and then it's yours.
